A top-25 SEC clash takes center stage in Baton Rouge this Saturday evening as No. 20 LSU welcomes No. 3 Texas A&M to Tiger Stadium for a highly anticipated Week 9 showdown.
Texas A&M enters the contest riding high after a thrilling 45-42 victory over Arkansas. Quarterback Marcel Reed was the star of the show, delivering an efficient performance with 280 passing yards and three touchdowns on 23-of-32 completions (71.9%). Reed also showed his mobility, rushing six times for 55 yards and adding another score on the ground to cap off a dynamic outing.
LSU, meanwhile, will be eager to bounce back following a tough 31-24 loss to Vanderbilt. Quarterback Garrett Nussmeier put together a solid effort despite the defeat, completing 19 of 28 passes for 225 yards and two touchdowns with no turnovers.
