The Hoosiers are fresh off of a blowout win against North Texas, who they defeated 52-16 in Bloomington for a thrilling home opener. TCU transfer Josh Hoover excelled in his program debut, going 13-of-16 for 231 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions. The redshirt senior looked in good form to replace star Fernando Mendoza.
Howard, meanwhile, will face one of their toughest opponents of the season Saturday as they prepare for Curt Cignetti's squad. The Bison won their season opener against Alabama A&M with a score of 31-24, but then fell to No. 23 Richmond last weekend at home.
