NASCAR Xfinity Series team DGM Racing has announced major news ahead of the 2026 season. On Thursday, November 13, the team ended its partnership with long-time running driver Josh Bilicki and confirmed the news, sharing an X post.

Bilicki joined the Xfinity Series organization in 2022 and drove the #36 Chevy at Daytona International Speedway. Since then, the 30-year-old has been competing for DGM Racing, piloting multiple rides. Despite debuting nearly a decade ago in the series, Bilicki has yet to secure a victory in his career.

In the 2025 season, the Wisconsin native served as the anchor driver for the #91 Chevy and competed in 19 of the 33 events. Reflecting on their time together, DGM Racing wrote:

"Through the years, we’ve shared many ups and downs and created countless memories along the way with @joshbilicki and his partners. We can’t thank them enough for their contributions to our family’s team. Although we hate to see it come to an end, we’ve had a blast and wish Josh the best in the next steps of his racing career."

Josh Bilicki wrapped up the 2025 Xfinity Series season in 29th place, earning 261 points. He clinched a best finish of 14th place at Daytona International Speedway and Sonoma Raceway for DGM Racing in the #91 Chevy in 2025.

DGM Racing parted ways with Ryan Ellis for the 2026 season

Ahead of Josh Bilicki's departure, DGM Racing parted ways with team driver Ryan Ellis in October 2025. The organization announced the news ahead of the Martinsville Speedway race and shared the same via an X post.

Ellis debuted in the Xfinity Series over a decade ago in 2012 with Hamilton Means Racing. He then competed for multiple teams before transitioning to Alpha Prime Racing in 2022 and securing his maiden full-time seat in 2023. Ellis then joined DGM Racing this year as a full-time driver, piloting the #71 Chevy.

The Xfinity Series driver consistently performed well throughout the season; however, the team ultimately decided to part ways and stated:

"We wish Ryan the best in his next chapter and look forward to finishing the year strong with Classic Collision on board for our last race together."

The team later confirmed that Ellis was aware of the decision and had made it final. They wrote:

"To clarify, @ryanellisracing is fully aware as this was HIS decision. We were already putting 2026 plans into motion… until we weren’t. It’s still a shock to us as well."

Ryan Ellis wrapped the 2025 Xfinity Series season in P28 with 419 points. He clinched his career-best finish at Charlotte Motor Speedway, driving the #71 Chevy. However, following the split, Ellis inked a contract with Young's Motorsport for the 2026 season.
