WATCH: Gracie Hunt flexes toned body during seaside fitness session in all-black gymwear

On Tuesday morning, Kansas City Chiefs heiress Gracie Hunt motivated her Instagram followers with her workout regimen. Hunt posted a video of her doing a workout with a picturesque ocean backdrop, escaping the cold Kansas City temperatures for a warm weather getaway.

Hunt wore a two-piece black athletic workout set and white sneakers while doing her workout on an exercise mat. In her caption, she gave some tricks and tips on her daily workouts and how to stay committed to moving and exercising each day.

"Training Tuesday 💪✨Upper body strength doesn’t have to be complicated. All you need is a set of dumbbells, a mat, and a commitment to show up. Focus on controlled reps, strong posture, and breathing with intention—quality always beats quantity," Gracie stated.

The 26-year-old's workout and seaside getaway comes just two days after the Kansas City Chiefs were eliminated from playoff contention. The first time in ten years that the Chiefs won't contend for a title.

Gracie Hunt named "Hospitality Caption" ahead of 2026 World Cup

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will take place in North America this upcoming summer. Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs, is one of the NFL stadiums that has been tabbed to host World Cup matches.

Gracie Hunt announced last week that she has been named a World Cup Hospitality Captain and will represent Kansas City. She told her Instagram followers that she will be sharing content and updates throughout the next six months leading up to the tournament.

Gracie Hunt is a former soccer player through high school but was forced to stop playing after she suffered multiple concussions. In a folllow-up video she showed off her soccer skills.

Arrowhead Stadium will host six matches, four group stage matches and one quarterfinal match in the FIFA World Cup.
