Edison (Huntington Beach): The Chargers defeated Fountain Valley 34-7 for their 21st consecutive Bell Game victory.
JSerra: The Lions came back from down 11 points with half a quarter remaining to hand Leuzinger its first loss by a score of 39-35 and win their third consecutive game.
Kennedy (Granada Hills): The Cougars opened Valley Mission League play by jumping out to a 27-0 start to hand previously-unbeaten Van Nuys a 40-10 loss.
Mater Dei: One week after losing an upset to Corona Centennial, the Monarchs proved they are still a national title contender in Las Vegas with a win at Bishop Gorman – the top-ranked team in the country.
Norco: Following a pair of 3-7 seasons, Norco is 5-0 for the first time since the 2020-21 pandemic-shortened spring season after defeating Citrus Valley 52-21.
Palos Verdes: After losing 14-7 in an upset to Banning (Wilmington) a year prior, the Sea Kings got revenge to the tune of a 52-0 blowout.
Sierra Canyon: The Trailblazers currently have their highest-ranked team in program history after starting 5-0 following a 41-9 rout of Orange Lutheran.
Tustin: Tustin handed state-ranked Yorba Linda its first loss with a 21-7 victory. Seven points tied the Mustangs' lowest scoring output since 2015.
Vista Murrieta: The Broncos took down Beaumont 21-14 in a battle of unbeaten teams to move to 4-0 and potential crack the statewide top 25.
