Shocking video shows a huge column of fire bursting up in a busy Brooklyn intersection as a manhole exploded high in the air — one of two in the borough in a matter of hours.

Video posted on Citizen shows several cars driving through Bushwick at 5:20 p.m. Thursday when flames shot up just as a firefighter was moving a barrier, leaving pedestrians sprinting for safety.

Con Ed responded to the scene — near Central and Myrtle Avenues — but thankfully there were no injuries, the FDNY said.

But just over two hours later another manhole fire erupted less than a mile away, with 60 fire and EMS personnel rushing to the scene at Lewis Ave and Pulaski Street, according to FDNY.

Another clip on Citizen shows flames ripping out of a manhole and spreading to other parts of the street before responders put it out.
