The Utah Utes have a new head football coach for the first time in two decades. After Kyle Whittingham resigned before heading to Michigan, Morgan Scalley took over on a full time basis. The former coach-in-waiting for the Utes starts his own legacy in Salt Lake City.
Scalley retained many key players, including quarterback Devon Dampier, who's one of the most elite dual-threat passers in college football. He fielded offers to leave Utah, but wanted to stay and be a part of what Scalley was building.
