The kicker position has close to no consistency week to week.
This week, managers face what we call "byepocalypse," as six teams will be on a bye in Week 8.
While targeting matchups can still work, the best thing to look at is the weather. Good weather will always equal better kicking.
However, you can negate all weather factors if you simply target kickers who are indoors.

- Graham Gano logged a full practice and is expected to be activated off IR.

Who are the best fantasy kickers in Week 8?
Brandon Aubrey is near the top, which is nothing new this season. Wil Lutz has the pleasure of taking on the Dallas Cowboys, so there should be plenty of points scored there.
Matt Gay is my K1 for Week 8. The Commanders will face the Kansas City Chiefs on MNF in what should be an excellent game.
Who are the best fantasy kicker sleepers in Week 8?
The Titans have been awful, but Joey Slye is such a great fantasy kicker. It's not the easiest with Indianapolis, but at least you'll get to kick indoors.
Parker Romo can also offer some value as the Falcons face off against the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins' defense is simply put atrocious; this should lead to some opportunities for Romo to kick.
Brandon McManus was inactive in Week 7, and Lucas Havrisik, who netted a 61-yard field goal, would be a decent add if needed. Keep an eye on this kicker role to see who will start.
