Where Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson will be playing his football next season is still anybody’s guess as he continues to be linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge.
After being Chelsea’s first-choice striker for the last two years, Jackson has now fallen down the pecking order at the club following the recent additions of Liam Delap and Joao Pedro.
Though it has been reported that Jackson would prefer to leave the club this summer, he would also be open to staying and fighting for his place in case Chelsea cannot find a suitable buyer for him.
At the moment, the striker would probably struggle to find a place in Enzo Maresca’s best XI, so perhaps a move away might be the best option for all parties involved.
Jackson is said to prefer staying in the Premier League and has therefore rejected a move to AC Milan and Napoli in the Serie A.
Newcastle United and Manchester United have both been linked with a move for Jackson, but neither of them have made a concrete offer for the player so far.
