One big sky can hardly contain this much star power.
Whitefish, MT’s annual Under The Big Sky Festival — which has been running since 2019 — just announced their 2026 lineup and it’s one of their most impressive yet.
Headliners set to grace the Big Mountain Ranch stages on July 17-19 next year include rough and tumble powerhouse Chris Stapleton, up-and-coming hitmaker Zach Top, bearded fan favorite Cody Jinks, country vet Ryan Bingham and folk legends Of Monsters and Men.
They’ll be joined by Stephen Wilson Jr., Charles Wesley Godwin, Marcus King Band, Old Crow Medicine Show and Greensky Bluegrass.
Plus, the banjo-wielding Hogslop String Band is slated to take the stage over the long weekend as well.
In total, 40 boot-stompin’ artists will perform at Under The Big Sky in summer ’26.
If all of the above sounds intimidating, you need not worry.
“…unlike some of the other megafests that have popped up around the United States whose frenetic schedule with three stages saps patrons and spreads the energy too thin, this two-stage, three-day, 25,000-capacity festival is more manageable to attend, though certainly not intimate, while also offering the opportunity to see much of this generation’s top talent all in one place,” Saving Country Music wrote in a review of the 2024 edition of the extravaganza.
And, they claimed Zach Top “won” the 2024 fest.
