Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua early odds revealed for ‘Fight of Britain’

Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua, two high-level heavyweight fixtures in the sport, are expected to fight sometime this year, with Mike Coppinger of Ring Magazine confirming a deal was finalized last week. 

Unsurprisingly, oddsmakers have quickly weighed in on what could be the boxing fight of the year. 

Fury is a slight -188 favorite on the moneyline, while Joshua is a +150 underdog as of Wednesday at bet365 Sportsbook

Fury is fresh off an impressive decision win over Arslanbek Makhmudov last month, coming out of retirement yet again and improving his record to 35-2-1 (24 KOs).

The former WBC heavyweight champion did not hold back, calling out Joshua a few moments after his latest victory.

“Let’s give the fight fans what they want. I want you, AJ. And here’s my challenge: I challenge you, Anthony Joshua, to fight me,” Fury said at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium following his 12-round bout. 

“Tyson, you’re a clout chaser,” Joshua responded from the crowd. “When you’re ready, you come and see me. And you tell me your terms and conditions.”

“And I’ll have you in the ring when I’m ready. I’m the boss. You work for me. I’m the landlord. Remember that. I’m the landlord. You work for me.”

It appears that Fury and his camp have taken care of his payments, including Con Edison and other utility bills.  

After years of negotiations and mutual respect, the bout fans have long awaited is finally happening, and it will stream on Netflix during the latter part of 2026. 

Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs) will first resume his career against Kristian Prenga, headlining a July 25 card that will serve as a tune-up ahead of the ‘Fight of Britain.’
