A deranged upstate man was busted in New York City Saturday after allegedly claiming he had firebombs in his car and planned to use them at a “No Kings” protest to attack ICE agents, cops said.

David Cox, 54, was hit with terrorism charges after bragging to a man at a Kwik Fil Gas Station in Owego Village, about 198 miles from the Big Apple, on Friday night that he had weapons in his trunk and planned to use them to “fight ICE agents” at one of the rallies held in Manhattan, according to police and sources.

The innocent bystander then reported the threat to cops.

Authorities arrested the Newark Valley lunatic Saturday afternoon after his car was flagged by a license plate reader.

Police said no firebombs or weapons were found in his vehicle.
