Triple H and Vince McMahon's right-hand man, Bruce Prichard, were not present at the 1st November edition of Saturday Night's Main Event, according to an interesting report that provided details.
According to a report from Fightful Select, neither Triple H nor Bruce Prichard was present backstage at SNME, but they were backstage for the 31st October episode of SmackDown in Utah. Road Dogg, the creative lead of SmackDown, was present too after being absent for a couple of weeks.
So, despite hyping up Saturday Night's Main Event, The Game wasn't there, and there is no reason given as to why that was the case. It has seemingly happened a little more this year, where he has delegated his tasks and not been present at an actual show.

A few months ago, a clip went semi-viral where Tyrese Haliburton brought up a moment on RAW that had a contract signing with Iyo Sky. That segment was canceled, and Triple H seemingly had no idea about it, raising some eyebrows.
Perhaps it represents a more hands-off approach that he is taking for some of the shows. It seems surprising that he wouldn't be in Salt Lake City for Saturday Night's Main Event, as it was a stacked show with some very important matches and implications.
Time will tell what kind of role the Chief Content Officer of WWE takes over time. He was praised a lot when he took over in the summer of 2022, and many consider the period between SummerSlam '22 and WrestleMania 40 (in 2024) to be the honeymoon period of the new regime.
