Triple H urged to push 6ft 6in WWE star by veteran: "He has a Keith Lee vibe"

A wrestling veteran advised the WWE CCO Triple H to push a 27-year-old star while comparing him to AEW star, Keith Lee. The veteran deemed the star an even more athletic version of Lee.

The 6ft 6in WWE star, Oba Femi should be heavily pushed by Triple H, according to the veteran, Stevie Richards. Oba has been in the Stamford-based promotion's developmental territory since 2022 and has already been a two-time NXT Champion as well. Femi got his breakout moment after facing the Undisputed Champion, Cody Rhodes, at Saturday Night's Main Event.

Oba Femi managed to impress the wrestling community with his dominant performance against Cody despite the match ending in a no-contest. Stevie Richards also compared Oba to the currently absent AEW star, Keith Lee. Lee also happens to be a former NXT Champion.

Speaking on The Stevie Richards Show, Stevie stated that Oba Femi reminds him of Keith Lee and urged the Triple H-led creative to strap a rocket on Oba on the main roster:

"Oba Femi, you know what he reminds me of a little bit, but even more athletic than him, Keith Lee. He has a Keith Lee vibe about him and we saw when Keith Lee first went to WWE, like they really strapped a rocket to that guy and hopefully they'll do it for this guy," said Richards.

Ex-WWE star assured about his in-ring return

The ex-WWE star Keith Lee is hopeful about an in-ring return. He has been out of action since December 2023. Reacting to a fan's request on X to see him back in September, Lee assured that his in-ring return will certainly happen someday:

"You honor me. I appreciate you for that. All my gratitude. I'd like to take this moment to remind you, that you also, are boundless. Additionally, I'll take a moment to reassure you that a return to the ring will certainly happen. Though I won't posit how or when. Much love," Lee wrote.

Fans will have to wait and see when Keith Lee will be back in AEW.
