Triple H Breaks Silence During WWE RAW On New Champion Being Crowned After Teasing History-Making Announcement

Triple H has finally broken his silence about a new WWE champion being crowned during this week's episode of RAW. The star sent out a message after having teased a history making announcement earlier.

At Saturday Night's Main Event, CM Punk defeated Jey Uso to become the new World Heavyweight Champion. The star did what he had been looking to do for years since he returned to the company. While he won the title before, his reign lasted minutes that time thanks to a Money in the Bank briefcase cash in from Seth Rollins.

This time though, the star beat Uso and has reason to celebrate his title reign. Triple H had said earlier that there were two new champions at Saturday Night's Main Event, but he had not been present at the show, and thus had not really celebrated Punk's win. On RAW tonight, he chose to make up for it and sent a caption calling Punk the Best in the World, with what has become the traditional picture of Triple H pointing at the new champion.

This came after he said that there would be a history making announcement for December 13 on RAW tonight. He is yet to make the announcement.

Triple H has a lot of work to do in the next few months

The Game has come under a lot of criticism over the last few months for his method of booking shows in the company. Fans have not been happy with his decisions, but now heading into WrestleMania, he has a lot of work to do.

Not only is the Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia this year, he will also have the WrestleMania arriving at the same venue as last year in Las Vegas.

It remains to be seen what happens next and what the star has planned ahead of John Cena's retirement for this "history-making" announcement.
