Travis Kelce, Jason Kelce React to Traitors’ “Deceitful" Donna Kelce

Donna Kelce Shades Travis and Jason Kelce’s “Past Girlfriends”

This story contains spoilers about Traitors season four.

Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce didn’t expect their mom to have her head in the game this much.

After Donna Kelce was eliminated from episode three of Peacock’s The Traitors, her sons weighed in on her strategy.

“I thought Mom did a great job, I loved watching her in it,” Jason, 38, said during the Jan. 14 episode of their New Heights podcast. “She was way more deceitful and devious than I thought Mom could ever be, which was surprising.”

And Travis agreed, honoring Donna with his “stamp of the week” for the episode, a recurring segment where the brothers give shout outs.

“For my stamp of the week, I’m keeping it in the family,” the Kansas City Chiefs tight end said. “Dude, I’m going Mom all day. Did you watch this? I was so proud of her, man. She looked like she was having a blast, enjoying it all.”

He added, “She was the first ever secret traitor that the show has ever had and showed everybody what she’s got. And it was just so cool to see her in this moment.”

They’re especially glad she made friends along the way, despite being the Secret Traitor.

“Shout out to my guy Ron Funches for sticking by her side and being kind to her,” Travis added. “I’m sure he probably felt a certain way after he found out that she was the Secret Traitor.”

But most of all, they’re just happy to see the 73-year-old putting herself out there.

“It was just so fun to see her out there, living out her dream, giving the world a beautiful message about being fortunate enough to do these things at her age and where she is in life,” Travis, engaged to Taylor Swift, said. “And it’s just so cool to see her live in that moment, man.”

That is, with a little inspiration from Taylor, whose “Vigilante S--t" Donna quoted on the season four premiere. “Don’t get mad, get even,” she said, piggybacking off Taylor’s lyric, “Don’t get sad, get even.”

As for who else inspired her? Her family, who she revealed are big fans of the show.

“They’re so excited,” she explained during the Jan. 8 premiere. “Jason is the one that got me involved. We just literally, one weekend during playoffs, we binged it—it was great.”
