WWE Head of Creative Triple H is already under a lot of fire from the fans for his recent booking decisions. Now, a popular star has gone on record to claim that AEW President Tony Khan is a better person than The Game.

Former WWE United States Champion MVP has had his share of issues with Hunter. Unhappy with the handling of The Hurt Syndicate (fka The Hurt Business in WWE) and Bobby Lashley in particular, the 52-year-old has openly spoken about his lack of respect for the WWE CCO. He departed from the global juggernaut in August 2024 and made his AEW debut the very next month.

During a recent conversation with Q101's Case Lowe, Montel Vontavious Porter shed light on a major difference between Triple H and Tony Khan. He stated that the CEO of AEW allows input from the talent about their creative path. MVP added that The Game, on the other hand, is more dictatorial in his approach and welcomes input from only a few selected stars.

"He [Tony Khan] has his vision that he wants, but he works with the talent and allows a lot more input from the talent into what creative path is going to happen. Whereas the nose [Triple H], he’s a little bit more dictatorial, emphasis on d**k. It’s, ‘This is what we’re doing, this is how it’s going to be, and this is what I want.’ With Tony, he might say, ‘This is what I want,’ and you can say, ‘Okay, Tony, but what if we put this on it?’ And Tony invites that input. Whereas with that guy [Triple H], there’s only a handful of people I’d say are allowed to have that kind of input,” MVP said.

MVP said that it is debatable whose approach is better, but he thinks Tony Khan is a better human being overall, making it a lot easier to work with him.

"You can debate whether that’s good or bad, but I think Tony, I’m just going to be blunt, I think Tony is just a better human being, a better person all around than this guy [Triple H]. So he’s definitely a better person to work for and a much better working environment," MVP added. [H/T: WrestlingNews.co]

MVP says he is grateful to Tony Khan while throwing shade at Triple H and WWE

During the same conversation with Case Lowe, MVP mentioned that he was grateful to Tony Khan for reuniting The Hurt Syndicate in AEW.

He further took a dig at WWE and Triple H, stating that the stable was disbanded prematurely. He added that they were not even given any explanation for that.

"I'm grateful to Tony Khan for giving the Hurt Syndicate an opportunity to come across the street and finish our run, finish our story, because I don’t think there’s anybody that would disagree that the Hurt Business was disbanded way too soon. And we were never given an actual explanation for why," MVP said. [H/T: WrestlingNews.co]

The Hurt Syndicate continues to make regular appearances on Dynamite. It will be intriguing to see what the next big thing is for the popular faction.
