Tom Brady admits son has him beat with athletic feat at 19

Tom Brady is the most accomplished human in history when he’s holding a football. But he’s not even the most accomplished human in his family with several other sports.

One of these is volleyball, as Brady’s daughter, Vivian, appears to be a prodigy in the sport. Another is basketball, as Brady’s oldest son Jack has been dominating on the hardwood.

Brady alluded to this when shouting his son, Jack, out for his birthday on Saturday. Brady made an Instagram post that showed several photos of Jack playing basketball, and the post was captioned, “Happy 19th birthday, Jack! 🎉 Aug 22, 2007 is a day I’ll never forget, because that’s when you showed up and stole my heart (and my sleep… and my patience… hahahaha).

“you’re kind, thoughtful, empathetic, and full of love! And I’m so proud of who you have become. You fill my heart with so much joy and I’m blessed to be your dad. I cant wait to see what’s next,” Brady’s caption continued.

The first photo shows Jack about to dunk a basketball. Brady also posted this same photo to his Instagram story on Saturday, writing, “Don’t think I could do that at 19….”

Jack is apparently six feet, six inches tall right now, which is a big part of why he has such a bright basketball future. It’s also why he has a clear dunking advantage over Brady, who was never known for his elite athleticism (even back when he was 19).

It will be fun to see what heights Jack can reach in his basketball career.
