Timberwolves' Anthony Edwards joins Kobe Bryant, Lebron James on elite playoff scorers list

Anthony Edwards is only 23 years old and he's already given us so many highlights.

From poster dunks to clutch performances, the young superstar is must-see television almost every night.

In the playoffs, he's gone to a whole new level.

After defeating the Warriors 121-110, the Timberwolves will move on the Western Conference Finals. 

Edwards finished with 22 points and 12 assists and joined some elite playoff company in the process.

So what's the common thread between these six players? They all had deep postseason runs early in their careers. 

Kobe Bryant had won three championships by the time he turned 24. Parker clinched a title at 22 with Tim Duncan. LeBron James and Kevin Durant both reached the NBA Finals before age 24. Jayson Tatum had multiple runs in the Eastern Conference in his early years. 

Edwards has found success in the West, but he has yet to reach the NBA Finals. He's four wins away from that goal and another four away from etching his name into basketball lore forever.

Even without a ring, nobody should deny that 'Ant' is a special, one-of-a-kind talent.
