Andrew brings a rare blend of global perspective, business acumen, and deep Workday expertise to the role. His career spans strategy consulting, airline technology, and enterprise software leadership at SAP and Workday. At Workday, Pettit spent nine years leading transformative initiatives as the senior director for Workday Professional Services in Canada. He spearheaded a more prescriptive approach to small and medium-sized enterprise deployments across North America, quadrupled Canadian bookings and restructured the Mexico team to become a partner-led region.
