Shedeur Sanders continues to fail to lead the Cleveland Browns to victory on the field. On Sunday, their losing streak extended to four games after a disappointing 23-20 defeat at the hands of the Buffalo Bills.

The rookie quarterback struggled to make an impact against Josh Allen and the Bills at home. After the game, retired five-time All-Pro Terrell Owens did not mince his words while trolling Shedeur Sanders and the Browns.

In his tweet on X, the ex-WR highlighted the team's offensive struggles. He also accused offensive tackle Cam Robinson of rigging the game while heavily criticising Shedeur Sanders' performance.

"Watching this @Browns @BuffaloBills game and I swear #68 must have a parlay on this game or something, this guy can't block the sun. Entire OL is trash though. Frfr Shedeur can shoot a @Tide commercial after this game as much as he's beeen on his back," Owens tweeted

The Browns had taken an early lead in the first quarter after Shedeur Sanders found TE Harold Fannin with a 13-yard passing TD. However, James Cook's 44-yard rushing touchdown leveled the playing field.

At the end of the first half, the Bills had a 20-10 lead over Kevin Stefanski's team. Fannin found another touchdown while Andre Szmyt scored a 41-yard field goal. However, it was not enough to clinch the win.

Shedeur Sanders completed 20 of 29 passes for 157 yards and one touchdown with one interception. On the other hand, 2024 NFL MVP Josh Allen went scoreless, completing 12 of 19 passes for 130 yards.

Shedeur Sanders shares his honest thoughts after the Browns' 23-20 loss to the Bills

In the postgame press conference, Shedeur Sanders expressed his gratitude for being given the opportunity to showcase his talents as a rookie this season.

He also highlighted how one cannot be happy if they continuously focus on pleasing other people.

"If you live in a world of pleasing people, you'll never be happy," Shedeur said. "I'm thankful that I was able to prove to myself that I can play on time and step up in the pocket. Like, I'm able to do that. You have to speak like into yourself. "You just can't live in a world of thinking about other people's opinion. ... If you're gonna get me, get me now. You know, cause I know in the futur all these are building blocks. These are all lessons that I'm definitely going putting in my back and grow from."

After starting the season as a backup on the depth chart, Shedeur took over the starting quarterback duties after Dillon Gabriel's concussion during last month's 23-16 loss to the Ravens.

The Browns next face the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
