Not all K-beauty products were created equal, but this less-than-$20 serum has everything going for it. It also holds a fragrance-free formula, which is a beautiful thing for my sensitive skin.

You may have seen “barrier repair” all over social media, but this isn’t one of those heavy creams that’ll have your skin feeling like you smeared cream cheese over it. Instead, it’s fully replenishing and wholly nourishing for parched skin.

That said, it’s even more of a dream to use in the winter.

I also recommend this serum to my friends with oily skin. Niacinamide, when coupled with zinc, helps diminish the feel of excess sebum. It’s especially great to, as they say, “take the day away.”
