Giannis Antetokounmpo got his revenge on the Indiana Pacers, hitting a game-winning buzzer-beating turnaround fadeaway in Monday's game at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. NBA fans online got a laugh at the Pacers' announce team for their reaction to the shot by "The Greek Freak."
With the game tied at 115, Antetokounmpo had the ball against Pascal Siakam near the left elbow. AJ Green set a screen and got the switch, with Aaron Nesmith now defending the Bucks superstar, who started backing down near the free-throw line.
Isaiah Jackson came in to help, with Antetokounmpo turning around and hitting a fadeaway shot at the buzzer to sink the Pacers 117-115. The fans booed the two-time MVP, who has a confrontational history with the Pacers, especially in the past two seasons.
