The Sporting News 2024-25 High School Girls Basketball All-America Team is comprised of three teams, plus honorable mention selections. First team, second team, and third team each consist of five players, and there are 20 players who earned honorable mention honors. Congratulations to all of the student-athletes who were selected!
Player of the Year: Sienna Betts, F/C, Grandview, 6-4 – Sr. (UCLA)
The No. 2 prospect in the Class of 2025 capped off her high school career as The Sporting News player of the year, Morgan Wootten Award winner, and MVP of the McDonald's All-American Game. Betts led Grandview to a CHSAA 6A state championship averaging 23 points, 16.5 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 3.4 blocks, and 2.3 steals per game on 60% shooting.

Sporting News Girls Basketball All-America First Team
Aaliyah Chavez, G, Monterey, 5-10 – Sr. (Oklahoma)

With Monterey's first state crown since 1981, the top-ranked player in the Class of 2025 cemented herself as one of the best – and most accomplished – point guards in high school hoops history. Chavez averaged 34.9 points, 9.1 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and career-highs of 3.7 steals and 1.2 blocks a game shooting 49% from the field, 38% from three (with a nation-best 191 makes), and 89% from the line for Texas' UIL 5A D2 champion. She was Gatorade's National Player of the Year, and was the runner-up for The Sporting News.
Saniyah Hall, G, Montverde Academy, 6-2 – Jr.
Now ranked No. 1 in the Class of 2026 by ESPN HoopGurlz, Hall dazzled for one of the nation's top teams in her first year after transferring from Laurel, Ohio. Hall led Montverde Academy with 20 points, 2.8 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game to go with 6.6 rebounds and 3.5 assists in the regular season, and totaled 48 points, 17 rebounds, nine assists, seven steals, and four blocks in two games at Chipotle Nationals.
Aliyahna "Puff" Morris, G, Etiwanda, 5-5 – Sr. (Cal)

Despite never entirely recovering from a wrist injury that hampered her early in the season, Morris led Etiwanda from a 4-4 start back to state and national championship glory. She averaged 24.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.4 steals a game with 80 made threes and came up big against top competition to lead Etiwanda to its third consecutive CIF Open Division state title.
Kaleena Smith, G, Ontario Christian, 5-6 – So.
After leading the Knights to national relevance as a freshman, Smith led them to national title contention as a sophomore – and retained her status as the No. 1 player in the Class of 2027. The L.A. Times Player of the Year averaged 23.2 points, 8.1 assists, and 4.5 steals on 51/36/87 shooting splits as Ontario Christian won its first CIF-Southern Section Open Division title.
Jazzy Davidson, G/F, Clackamas, 6-1 – Sr. (USC)

Davidson averaged 29.2 points, 8.7 rebounds, 3.3 steals, and 2.6 assists per game for the nationally-ranked Cavaliers, which were up 19 points in the third quarter of the Oregon state finals before she turned an ankle and they came up short. She's a 5-star USC signee ranked third in the Class of 2025.

Sporting News All-America Second Team
Maddyn Greenway, G, Providence Academy, 5-8 – Jr. (Kentucky)
Greenway put up surreal numbers to lead Providence Academy to an undefeated season and MSHSL AA title as the Lions won almost all of their 32 games in blowouts. The 5-star Kentucky commit put up 32.8 points, 8.7 assists, 7.3 rebounds, and 4.8 steals per game shooting 52% overall and 38% from deep with 91 makes.
Mia Pauldo, G, Morris Catholic, 5-6 – Sr. (Tennessee)

The offensive engine for one of the nation's top teams, and a standout defender as well. Pauldo led Morris Catholic to an undefeated regular season and state championship averaging 19.2 points, 5.5 assists, and 3.0 steals per game, and she's a 5-star Tennessee signee.
Emilee Skinner, G, Ridgeline, 6-0 – Sr. (Duke)

The 5-star Duke commit led Ridgeline to its second straight Utah 4A title, and this time in undefeated fashion. Skinner averaged 26.3 points, 10.2 rebounds, five assists, 3.8 steals, and 1.5 blocks per game shooting 54% from the field, 39% from three, and 86% on free throws.
Jerzy Robinson, G/F, Sierra Canyon, 6-1 – Jr.

Robinson carried a heavy load for one of the nation's top teams, recording 27 points and 10 rebounds per game. She also set her teammates up and made plays on defense regularly.
Olivia Vukosa, C, Christ The King, 6-5 – Jr.
The top traditional center in high school basketball, Vukosa averaged 19.2 points, 17.9 rebounds, 5.5 blocked shots, and 3.8 assists per game for New York's top team and NYSCHAA state champion.

Sporting News All-America Third Team
Addie Deal, G, Mater Dei, 6-0 – Sr. (Iowa)

Deal lifted Mater Dei into national title contention with 19.9 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 5.9 assists a game and the ability to guard one through five. She was named Trinity League MVP and Orange County Register Player of the Year.
Hailee Swain, G, Holy Innocents' Episcopal, 5-10 – Sr. (Stanford)

Swain averaged 22.9 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.2 steals and 2.4 assists per game to guide the Golden Bears to a GHSA AA Private state title, including 30 points in the finals against nationally-ranked Hebron Christian. Those who watched the 5-star Stanford signee will tell you that she was even more impactful all season than her stat line shows.
Nyla Brooks, G/F, Bishop Ireton, 6-1 – Sr. (North Carolina)

The 5-star UNC signee and defensive stalwart led Bishop Ireton to a Virginia state championship followed by an underdog title run at The Throne national tournament. Through the state finals, Brooks averaged 18.3 points, 7.6 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.5 steals, and 1.0 blocks shooting 39% from three, and she had 25 points, 11 rebounds, three assists, three steals, and two blocks on 9-16 shooting in The Throne finals.
Jordyn Palmer, G/F, Westtown, 6-2 – So.
The fourth-ranked sophomore in the country, Palmer dominated in every possible way for Pennsylvania's top team and PISAA state champion. She averaged 21.6 points, 10.5 rebounds, 5.8 assists, 3.1 blocks and 2.6 steals per game and scored 26 points in Westtown's state title victory.
Ivanna Wilson-Manyacka, G/F, Bullis, 6-2 – So.
Wilson-Manyacka ran the show for a nationally-ranked Bullis team that took down many of the nation's best programs. The 5-star sophomore averaged 18.5 points, 11.2 rebounds, 2.3 steals, 1.6 assists, and 1.3 blocks a game.

Ace Austin, G, Spring Garden, 5-7 – Sr. (Alabama)
-Led Panthers to 36-1 record, state title with 26.5 points, 8.2 rebounds, 6.5 assists, and 4.2 steals per game.
Love Lei Best, G, Tualatin, 5-7 – Fr.
-Averaged 15.1 points, 4.5 assists, and 3.9 steals per game and shined in biggest games to lead Timberwolves to Oregon 6A state crown.
Aaliyah Crump, G, Montverde Academy, 6-1 – Sr. (Texas)
-Averaged 11.2 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.7 steals, and 1.0 blocks per game for one of the nation's top teams.
Jaliya Davis, F, Blue Valley North, 6-2 – Sr. (Kansas)
-Led Mustangs to Kansas 6A state title with 25 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.3 steals, and 2.1 assists a game.
Kelis Fisher, G, IMG Academy, 5-9 – Sr. (UConn)
-Helped lead IMG Academy to top-10 national ranking, Chipotle Nationals championship with 20.1 points, 4.8 assists, and 3.2 steals per game, including 23 points and five assists in finals to beat Montverde Academy.
Lena Girardi, G, Grandview Prep, 6-0 – Sr. (Oklahoma State)
-Averaged 30.8 points, 12.9 rebounds, and 2.6 assists for Florida 1A state champion.
Kate Harpring, G, Marist, 5-10 – Jr.
-Guided Marist to GHSA 4A semifinals with 32.2 points, 10.6 rebounds, 5.1 steals, and 3.7 assists per game.
Keeley Parks, G, Norman, 5-11 – Sr. (Kansas)
-Led Norman to state semifinals, national relevance with 25.4 points, 8.6 rebounds, 5.1 steals, and 3.6 assists per game on 54/41/81 shooting splits.
Sydney Savoury, G, Belleville, 6-0 – So.
-Powered Belleville to MHSAA D1 state title with 27.7 points, 7.1 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 3.4 steals on 60.4% shooting (48.9% from three).
Leonna "LA" Sneed, G, Wagner, 5-8 – Sr. (Utah)
-Averaged 23.4 points, 6.9 rebounds, 6.1 assists, and 5.5 steals per game to lead Thunderbirds to UIL 6A D1 finals.
Dee Alexander, G/F, Purcell Marian, 6-1 – Sr. (Cincinatti)
-Averaged 20.5 points, 8.1 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 2.3 steals for OHSAA D3 state champion despite missing time midseason to injury.

-Paced one of Missouri's top teams with 22.1 points, 11.5 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 3.4 steals, and 1.0 blocks on 57% shooting.

-Led Palm Bay to FHSAA 4A title, national relevance with team-bests of 18.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, 5.1 assists, and 3.3 steals per game.

-Steered Bradley Central to 36-1 record, state title, top-10 national ranking with 19.9 points, 7.1 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 2.3 steals per game.
Tati Griffin, G/F, Ontario Christian, 5-11 – Fr.
-Helped spearhead Ontario Christian's banner year with 17.8 points, 8.2 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 2.8 steals a game, including 29 points and 11 rebounds to beat Etiwanda for a CIF-SS title.
Jordyn Jackson, G/F, Sidwell Friends, 6-1 – Jr.
-Averaged 19.3 points and 6.8 rebounds for nationally-ranked ISL and DCSAA champion.
ZaKiyah Johnson, G/F, Sacred Heart, 6-0 – Sr. (LSU)
-Averaged 21.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 2.4 steals, and 1.1 blocks on 55% shooting for nationally-ranked Kentucky champion.
Ayla McDowell, G/F, Cypress Springs, 6-2 – Sr. (South Carolina)
-Led nationally-ranked Texas quarterfinalist in almost every statistical category – 25.1 PPG, 8.6 RPG, 3.3 APG, 3.4 SPG, 1.4 BPG, 53% FG, 72 made threes, 43% 3FG, and 82% FT.
Micah Ojo, G/F, Princess Anne – So.
-Averaged 18.8 points, 6.1 rebounds, 4.0 steals, and 2.2 blocks for Virginia champion.
Grace Knox, F, Etiwanda, 6-3 – Sr. (LSU)
-Battled injuries to help lead Etiwanda to national title with 16 points, 13 rebounds, and three blocks per game.
