Titled Arnaq, The Last Frontier season 1 episode 5 sees Frank Remnick put her manhunt on Havlock on the back burner and focus on tracking down Luke. He finds him in the midst of Romero's plan to take down DARPA, specifically the HAARP station, because he believes that the government is using it to spy on everyone.

While Sarah kills Romero when she hits him with the car while trying to save both Frank and Luke, the clinically insane former DARPA engineer has already started his plan to plunge HAARP into darkness, which will also affect the town. The end of The Last Frontier season 1 episode 5 sees the culmination of his plan as Fairbanks is hit with a mass power outage.

Meanwhile, Havlock meets with Sidney face-to-face and proposes a plan. If Sidney wants, they can get away together, live somewhere nice, and with the Archive 6 in their hands, they would be untouchable.
