All eight spots for the 2025 WTA Finals have now been filled following Elena Rybakina's qualification for the event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Rybakina secured the final place at the tournament after beating Victoria Mboko and reaching the semi-final of the Pan Pacific Open on Friday (October 24).

The Kazakh's 6-3 7-6 (7-4) victory in Tokyo was enough to edge out Mirra Andreeva for the last spot.
The Russian teenager will now miss out on the year-end event despite being near the top of the WTA rankings for most of the year.
The eight confirmed participants will battle for the title when the seven-day tournament commences in the Saudi Arabian-capital on November 1.
Among the list of entrants for the tournament is defending champion Coco Gauff, who beat Qinwen Zheng in last year's final to take home her first WTA Finals title.
