The Philadelphia Eagles made headlines on Saturday evening when they acquired former Pro Bowl cornerback Jaire Alexander from the Baltimore Ravens.
"A rare in-season Saturday trade: the Ravens are sending former Pro-Bowl CB Jaire Alexander and a 2027 seventh-round pick to the Eagles in exchange for a 2026 sixth-round pick, per sources," Adam Schefter reports.

— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) November 1, 2025And while that is a solid move by Howie Roseman to give the Eagles proven depth in their secondary, similar to what they had with Darius Slay a year ago, Philadelphia may not be done.
Per Dianna Russini, the Eagles are interested in acquiring Bengals star edge rusher Trey Hendrickson.
"Teams, including the Rams, 49ers, Lions, Colts, and Eagles, have called the Bengals about several players, including Logan Wilson and Trey Hendrickson," Russini reports. "For now, some teams don’t believe Cincinnati has any real interest in moving its core pieces."
Even if Hendrickson ends up staying with the Bengals, it's clear the Eagles are getting aggressive ahead of the trade deadline to add an impact defender off the edge. Don't be surprised if this is just the first of multiple trades for Philadelphia before Tuesday.
