Texas A&M volleyball player Logan Lednicky recently reacted to her teammate Kyndal Stowers inspiring message about her unpredictable return to the sport. Stowers and Lednicky contributed to the team's first NCAA title this season.

Although the team lifted the cup, Stowers personal journey to victory is worth noticing. She competed for the Baylor Bears team in her freshman year in 2023. However, the hitter was forced to medically retire after her first year in the collegiate circuit. A few months after this, she suffered four concussions, putting her athletic career in jeopardy.

Undeterred by the major setback, she dropped out of college and continued her training. Stowers later entered the transfer portal and joined the Aggies. As her team clinched the historic victory, Stowers reflected on her journey, writing:

"What. A. Comeback. Story," Stowers wrote. "I’ve had a week to process all of this, yet I still don’t think I have the words. This is more than I ever could’ve asked for, so here I remain grateful. Luke 1:37 “for nothing is impossible with God.” I picked 37 because I once was retired, but now that number continues to hold more weight. A national championship. I mean come on 🏆"

Her notable journey received praise from her teammate Lednicky, who commented:

"So so so good."

Texas A&M volleyball player Kyndal Stowers opened up about her comeback journey, stating that although she was sure of not returning to the sport, she had faith in herself and God. In an interview with usatoday.com, Stowers added that she never wanted to stop playing.

"I think I was ... just really emotional about the whole thing, and so part of me was like, 'Hmm, maybe I could be done. Maybe I could medically retire, go to school, be a normal human being and not like have to go to practice every day,'" Stowers said. "But, after a few months, (I) talked to a lot of people, talked to my family, friends, mentors ... I prayed a lot about it. My faith is a big part of my life. I truly just felt like the Lord had another plan for me, and I prayed that I would know that. My heart always was just leading me back to the court. I wanted to keep playing."
