Texans' Tank Dell injury recovery video shows insane change of direction in major update

1 hour ago 2

Tank Dell didn't play a single snap for the Houston Texans in 2025.

The hope is that the talented receiver will return to the field in 2026, and a new video on social media has increased the optimism after Dell's brutal injury in 2024.

First, the video -- the change of direction is astounding even if you don't consider the injury:

Great News: Texans star WR Tank Dell is MIRACULOUSLY training at full speed after suffering a torn MCL, a torn LCL, a torn ACL, a dislocated kneecap, and meniscus damage in 2024.

Dell posted that on his own Instagram story, so he obviously doesn't mind letting people know how he's doing.

Dell dislocated his left kneecap and tore ligaments in that knee in December of the 2024 season.

He's 26 years old now, potentially still with a bright NFL future in front of him.

Through 25 NFL games, Dell has 98 catches for 1,376 yards and 10 touchdowns.

The Texans developed Jayden Higgins and Jaylin Noel as targets along with Nico Collins in 2025 for C.J. Stroud, so if Dell is back, he'll have to work his way back to relevance.

But if he can move side to side like that, he'll have a great chance of making an impact in the season ahead.
