He’s probably getting grounded.

A troublesome Tennessee teen allegedly fired a shot at a FedEx driver during a scary road rage incident last month, then eluded cops after leading them on a wild 100 mph chase, authorities said this week.

But in the end the 17-year-old menace couldn’t outrun the US Marshals — and was nabbed hiding under his bed in Lexington on Wednesday, the federal law enforcement agency said in a release.

Adding insult to injury, his dad is now also in handcuffs.

“During the investigation the teen’s father, Ricky Maness, Jr., 44, gave false information about the teen’s location,” the marshals said. “Subsequently the need was found hiding underneath a bed.”

The case began to unfold shortly before 5:30 p.m. in Jackson on Dec. 15, when a teen driving a pickup truck on South Highland Avenue nearly struck a FedEx truck — then followed the delivery vehicle.

When the ticked-off teen caught up with the driver he allegedly fired a shot at him, barely missing the FedEx worker’s head — and prompting a call to 911, the mashals said.

But when police showed up the teen hopped on Interstate 40 and fled, leading cops on a chase that reached more than 100 mph, eventually getting away.

The marshals said they launched a investigation and were able to identify the teenager, whose name was not released because of his age, and busted both him and his father this week.

The boy was booked and taken to the Madison County Juvenile Detention Center, while his father was being held at the Henderson County Detention Center pending arraignment.

The arrest was made by the US Marshals Service Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force, a Western Tennessee squad made up of federal, state and local law enforcement officers.

The task force has captured some 3,000 violent offenders and sexual predators since 2021.
