A 17-year-old girl is facing murder charges in a senseless spat that devolved into the fatal stabbing of another teen, who bled to death after the senseless dispute at a Bronx deli on Tuesday afternoon.

“She was losing so much blood,” a worker at a nearby shop on Boston Road told The Post, describing the last moments of life for Aliya Williams, 16, following the 4 p.m. stabbing attack at Deli Grocery.

“She tried, she was holding my arm, grabbing my arm,” said the man, an employee at Upcakes Cupcakes and Treats who asked not to be identified. “I’m trying to make her calm down, but she wasn’t calming down, and then feeling her pulse, and then her pulse is going quick, slow, quick, slow. And I’m like, OK, this is not good.

“I would say she probably died in my arms right then and there,” he said. “I noticed she didn’t have a pulse and she left at that moment.”

Police said the mortally wounded teen, who was stabbed multiple times in the face, chest and body, was taken to Jacobi Hospital Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.

The deadly encounter began as an argument between the two girls inside the Williamsbridge store that escalated and turned bloody, the dead teen’s grandmother said after the incident.

Less than four hours later, police made an arrest in the case, with the 17-year-old charged with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon — with the girl’s age withheld due to her age.

“I knew this was going to happen,” said a business owner near the scene of the stabbing who asked not to be named. “It’s a different type of customer that goes there. I got a lot of text messages asking, ‘Is this the shop?’ I’m afraid people are not going to want to come in.”

Meanwhile, neighbors of the teen charged in the stabbing were stunned by the crime.

“I’m absolutely shocked,” one tenant of the Mickle Avenue building said. “The only people you hear about dying in this neighborhood are the elderly.”
