Taylor Swift returned to social media to sweetly support Kobe Bryant’s daughter Natalia, who just graduated from the University of Southern California.
On Sunday, the eldest daughter of the late Los Angeles Lakers legend shared a TikTok video lip-syncing to Swift’s song “Nothing New (Taylor’s Version)” alongside three pals.
The college grads — who all wore white minidresses with their red-and-gold commencement stoles — mouthed the lyrics, “How can a person know everything at 18 but nothing at 22? And will you still want me when I’m nothing new?”
Natalia, 22, was seen smiling with her friends in the 15-second clip.
Swifties went into frenzy when they realized the pop star had “liked” the video amid her hiatus from the spotlight.
“TAYLOR LIKED IT, this is such a cute sign of life,” one person commented, while another gushed, “MOTHER IS ACTIVE AGAIN.”

“I missed Taylor liking TikToks,” wrote a third with a series of crying emojis.
“Omg Taylor might be back,” a fourth enthused.
However, the highly celebrated “like” didn’t overshadow Natalia’s academic achievement.
“GraduATE GIRL,” one follower wrote. “Congratulations, you did that.”
“Congrats beautiful! We’re all rooting for you, always! Beyond proud and can’t wait for you to light up the world,” another posted.
Natalia is the first daughter of the late basketball star and his wife, Vanessa. Her sister Gianna tragically died alongside Kobe in a January 2020 helicopter crash. Vanessa and the late athlete also share daughters Bianka and Capri.
Natalia, Vanessa, Bianka and Capri were spotted supporting the “Blank Space” songstress at her Los Angeles Eras Tour stop back in August 2023, where Swift famously gifted Capri her “22” hat and hugged her onstage.
The subtle social media activity comes as Swift, 35, has been keeping a low public profile following boyfriend Travis Kelce’s Super Bowl loss in February and the conclusion of her record-breaking Eras Tour in December 2024.
However, she and Kelce were spotted celebrating Mother’s Day in Philadelphia earlier this month.
The Grammy winner hasn’t posted on TikTok since October 2024, and her last Instagram post, celebrating the end of blockbuster tour, was in December.
On Monday, the pop superstar finally unveiled the first re-recording off her “Reputation (Taylor’s Version)” album during Season 6 of Hulu’s “The Handmaid’s Tale.”
Viewers tuning into episode nine can hear “Look What You Made Me Do (Taylor’s Version)” as Elisabeth Moss’ character, June, leads an uprising of handmaids against the Commanders.
