Swifties are in for a treat as Taylor Swift will be doing a theatrical release for her first music video for her upcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl.

Swift revealed the exciting news in an Instagram post on Friday (Sept. 19), where fans will be able to view the music video for her record "Fate of Ophelia" off of her 12th studio album.

"I hereby invite you to a *dazzling* soirée, The Official Release Party of a Showgirl: Oct 3 - Oct 5 only in cinemas!" the 14-time Grammy winner wrote in the caption alongside a photo of her in red lingerie and a matching feathered headdress.

Fans will be able to get the first look at "The Fate of Ophelia" -- the opening track -- music video in theaters as well as more exclusive content.

"You’ll get to see the exclusive world premiere of the music video for my new single 'The Fate of Ophelia,' along with never before seen behind-the-scenes footage of how we made it, cut by cut explanations of what inspired this music, and the brand new lyric videos from my new album The Life of a Showgirl," she continued.

Swift wants fans to get up and move during the cinema premiere.

"Looks like it’s time to brush off that Eras Tour outfit or orange cardigan… Tickets are on sale now. Dancing is optional but very much encouraged," she added.

While standing and dancing is not encouraged, AMC has granted Swifties permission to get up out of their seat.

“While normally prohibited during traditional showtimes, AMC guests are welcome to sing and dance during ‘Taylor Swift | The Official Release Party of a Showgirl,’” AMC said in a press release per Variety.

However, AMC wants to make sure everyone has a great experience while watching the show.

“To help ensure everyone’s enjoyment of the show, guests may not stand on seats or block any aisles or stairs,” AMC added.

Tickets will be available at releasepartyofashowgirl.com, and be sure to check your local listings.

This is not the first time that Swift has added a cinema element to her album rollout. The last time Swift had a project in theaters was for her Eras Tour concert film that premiered in October 2023.  The film documented her musical career, performance footage, fan reactions, and more. The concert film is now exclusively on Disney+.

Other territories that will get a “release party” during the same timeframe include Canada, Mexico, the U.K., France, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Tickets are set to go on sale Tuesday, Sept. 23.

The Life of a Showgirl is out on Oct. 3.
