Taylor Swift tallies her record-extending 16th No. 1 on Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart as “I Knew It, I Knew You” rises two spots to the top of the Sept. 26-dated list.
Bruno Mars ranks second with 13 Pop Airplay No. 1s, followed by Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Maroon 5, Katy Perry and Rihanna each with 11. (The chart began in October 1992.)

A year’s worth of No. 1s: Swift also extends her total to a record 52 weeks atop Pop Airplay across all her leaders. With “The Fate of Ophelia,” she passed Katy Perry (47) for the feat.
“I Knew It, I Knew You” is from Toy Story 5, inspired by the film’s cowgirl star, Jessie. In June, the song launched as Swift’s 15th No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. It became just the third leader on the list ever from an animated Disney movie, and the first from its Pixar studio. It also arrived as her 10th No. 1 on the Hot Country Songs chart.
The single previously became Swift’s ninth No. 1 on the all-format Radio Songs chart and her record-furthering 16th leader on Adult Pop Airplay. It has also hit No. 2 on Country Airplay, after launching in the top 10, and No. 7 on Adult Contemporary, upping her career counts to 19 and 23 top 10s at the respective formats.
All charts dated Sept. 26 will update on Billboard.com Wednesday, Sept. 23 (a day later than usual due to observance of Yom Kippur Sept. 21).
