‘Summer House’ star Ciara Miller is (barely) buttoned-up and dripping in diamonds at Cannes

Men may come and go, but diamonds are forever.

Ciara Miller’s diamond necklace stole the show when she attended the amfAR Gala at the Cannes Film Festival 2026 on Thursday.

The show-stopping piece by Hassanzadeh Jewellery added some sparkle to her black satin dress that featured puff sleeves, corset-style bodice and a plunging neckline with rouleau button loops.

The “Summer House” star, 30, also wore a massive matching diamond ring and wore her sleek hair down for the event.

Since her co-stars Amanda Batula and West Wilson’s scandal erupted in March, the model has been on quiet the fashion tour.

Days after her former bestie Batula and ex Wilson announced their shocking romance, she attended the “Euphoria” Season 3 premiere, serving as a red carpet correspondent in a daring black two-piece look.

She wore a draped bustier top that showed off a hint of midriff, along with a low-slung skirt that was slit all the way to the top of her thigh and fastened with a tie at the hips.

Earlier this month, Miller stepped out in a totally sheer, lacy vintage Dolce & Gabbana look for the CULT100 gala.

The Bravolebrity also served as a fashion commentator for E! News during the Met Gala in a lingerie-inspired Erik Charlotte corset, complete with butt cutouts.

For the highly anticipated forthcoming Season 10 reunion — in which she goes head to head with Batula and Wilson — Miller brought revenge dressing to the next level.

The former nurse chose a white embellished Di Pesta dress ($8,288) with a totally nude illusion middle, showing off her abs.

She styled her red hair in Old Hollywood waves and added a choker necklace to the sculptural look.
