Rick Hoffman gave fans the secret to his slimmed-down figure.
The “Suits” actor recently posted a mirror selfie, showing off his new look.
“#circlingback,” he captioned the post.
In the comments section of the post, a fan wrote, “May I ask your secret for weight loss? You look great!”
Hoffman, 56, responded: “Intense intermittent fasting and keto diet. no alcohol.”
According to Mayo Clinic, intermittent fasting is a “pattern of eating based on time limits. For a set time of hours or days, you eat a typical diet.
“At the end of the set time, you switch to very few or no calories, called fasting,” per the website.
Hoffman, who is famously known for playing corporate attorney Louis Litt in the USA Network legal drama “Suits,” was lauded by fans for his weight loss journey.
“….im sorry… why is anyone surprised?? This is Rick F’n Hoffman we’re talking about here!! When has he not had all that SWAG?? 👏🏻👏🏻,’ wrote one user.

“You look like louis fitt!” commented a third person.
“You look amazing!!! 🔥,” a fourth netizen said.
Hoffman previously spoke about helath issues he faced over the years.
“At the age of 23, I had the biggest challenge I ever had. I got struck with major anxiety where I would be woken up and I felt like I was jumping out of my skin 24/7 in this nightmare,” he recalled in a March interview.
“I was diagnosed with OCD — but this was back in 1993 when nobody really knew what the hell that was — and when you see things from a different perspective like that, where you feel like your world is impending doom around the corner every day, you see the world incredibly differently than other people,” Hoffman added.
“Had I not had that happen, I never would have made it with any career. It was a real quick slingshot through life lesson to really know where you stand on this planet, which is just with everyone else.”
