The criminal case against former Penthouse Pet and OnlyFans model Adva Lavie collapsed into pure chaos when she completely crashed out in court, begging to be kicked out of the country.

Lavie, who was crying and yelling, threw such a tantrum in a Los Angeles County courtroom on Wednesday that the judge suspended her case, according to ABC 7.

“Just deport me back to Israel. They broke my rib. Just send me home. They’re beating me up,” the influencer was heard saying. She also said that she “can’t survive in jail” and she “can’t even stand.”

The judge’s decision to suspend the case also came after Lavie’s defense attorney declared doubt over her mental competency, forcing a total freeze on proceedings until courts decide if she’s mentally fit for trial.

Throughout the Wednesday hearing, Lavie – also known as Mia Ventura – was seen leaving and reentering the courtroom. She was also reportedly limping and had to be on a rolling chair at one point.

Wednesday’s incident comes two weeks after the former OnlyFans model was denied mental health treatment in place of jail time and her arrest in late July after reportedly violating her bail conditions and having a theft allegation in Riverside County.

Prior to the July arrest, Lavie was taken into custody over accusations she was stealing from older wealthy men and was charged with six felony counts related to grand theft, burglary, and unauthorized use of personal identifying information. She pleaded not guilty to those counts.

She has been accused of using dating apps to extort victims such as older wealthy men and younger women. She reportedly has stolen a credit card, designer clothes worth $100,000, gold coins, and even designer purses.
