Stefon Diggs’ ex drops lawsuit against NFL star after DNA test allegedly proves he’s the father of her baby

Stefon Diggs’ ex-girlfriend Aileen Lopera has dropped her paternity and child support lawsuit against him.

The Instagram model filed to dismiss her case against the NFL star on Jan. 20, Page Six can confirm.

The update comes after Lopera’s lawyer claimed a paternity test proved that Diggs — who’s currently dating Cardi B — is the father of his and Lopera’s daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera.

“The matter has been resolved,” Lopera’s lawyer, Tamar Arminak, told Us Weekly, who first reported the news.

Lopera filed a paternity suit against Diggs, 32, in December 2024 while she was pregnant, petitioning the court for legal and physical custody of the child and for Diggs to only be given visitation rights.

She also requested that the Patriots wide receiver pay for all of her pregnancy and birth expenses, as well as her attorney’s fees.

Diggs responded to Lopera’s paternity suit in July 2025 — after she gave birth to Charliee in April of that year — by requesting a genetic test to establish his fatherhood of Lopera’s baby, saying he was “not certain” of the paternity.

He requested to have joint legal and joint physical custody of Charliee if it was proven he’s the father, and wanted to spilt the pregnancy and birth expenses as well as the lawyer’s fees.

Arminak told Page Six in November that Diggs was proven to be the father of Charliee.

“Now that the child’s paternity has been established and Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter, my client hopes they can work toward being great parents to their child,” Arminak shared in a statement.

Arminak also told us at the time that Lopera’s case would “move forward if the parties are not able to resolve [their issue] themselves.”

Diggs, who has six kids, welcomed a baby boy with Cardi B in November 2025. The rapper, 33, hit back at fans who criticized her relationship with Diggs last month.

“I can’t change s–t. I can’t go back in time,” she said. “I already had a baby. Y’all want me to put my baby back in my p—y?”

“You want me to leave my man and f–k yours? What y’all want me to do?” she continued.
