The Pittsburgh Steelers' offense is shaping up to be a good unit under Mike McCarthy in 2026, and that is without knowing who will be the starting quarterback.
Rico Dowdle and Michael Pittman Jr. come to the Steel City, to an offense that already has DK Metcalf and Jaylen Warren.
So, whoever is the quarterback in 2026 won't have any shortage of weapons to help move the ball down the field.
But what about one more?
CBS Sports' John Breece has named Odell Beckham Jr. as a potential option for the AFC North franchise after his flag football exploits.
"Back in August, Beckham said that he had conversations with Aaron Rodgers about playing for the Steelers. If Rodgers ends up returning, then this move could have some legs," Breech wrote. "Due to Beckham's age, being a No. 3 receiver probably makes the most sense and that's exactly what he would be in Pittsburgh."

OBJ a chance in Pittsburgh?
Well, Breech's case is solid.
If Rodgers does return, he'll have Metcalf and Pittman Jr. as two weapons the defense simply has to plan for, so where that leaves Odell is in a great spot.
The defense won't be worried about him taking over the game; that's reserved for the other two, so there could be some advantageous positions for Odell to exploit.
Having not played at all in 2025 could be a deal breaker, and Odell would likely need a full offseason, starting at OTAs, for a team to be confident in his ability to be productive.
But Beckham Jr. in Pittsburgh? Sure, why not?
