Aaron Rodgers is a free agent, and he's also got the potential to retire.
The Pittsburgh Steelers will be hoping he comes back for another year and chooses to do it with them.
Otherwise, the Steelers might be in a rough QB situation. Right now, their other options are Will Howard and Mason Rudolph, and other free agents will be signing elsewhere while the Steelers wait for whatever Rodgers is going to do.
Last offseason, Rodgers took a very long time to decide. It's been suggested that this year will be a lot quicker, but obviously nothing is a given on that front.
All that's known for sure is Rodgers didn't make any decisions on Monday, when the NFL's legal tampering free agency period opened.
There's at least one piece of good prognosis for the Steelers on Tuesday, though. ESPN's Dan Orlovsky, himself a former NFL QB, thinks he knows what Rodgers is going to do.
"You can write that in pen," Orlovsky said on ESPN's show Get Up. "Rodgers is going to go back and be the starting quarterback for the Steelers."

Well, there you have it. At least based on Orlovsky's thinking, the Steelers are in good shape.
Obviously, this is up to whatever is in Rodgers' head, and that sometimes can surprise.
The Steelers do have it working in their favor that the head coach they hired to replace Mike Tomlin is Mike McCarthy, who Rodgers is very familiar with from their days of winning a Super Bowl together with the Green Bay Packers.
That doesn't guarantee anything, and neither does this sentiment from Orlovsky. But it all points in the same direction at the moment, and that is Rodgers going back to the Steelers for another season.
