A man once arrested for stalking pop singer Billie Eilish was struck and killed by a train in Long Island, officials and sources said.

Prenell Rousseau was killed when an LIRR train hit him in Westbury around 5:38 a.m. Wednesday, officials said.

He was jogging “on or near” the tracks and the death appeared to be accidental, a law enforcement source said.

Rousseau, 30, of Farmingdale, repeatedly appeared at the “Bad Guy” singer’s LA home in 2020 before she and her family got an order of protection against him.

Eilish said in court documents that Rousseau showed “erratic behavior” as he appeared at the home she shares with her parents seven times on May 4 and 5, until he was finally arrested for trespassing.

Rousseau rang the doorbell the first time he appeared and asked Eilish’s father through the surveillance camera whether she lived there. He persisted after the dad told him he had the wrong home.

The family summoned private security when he came back later the same evening.

“While we waited for security, Mr. Rousseau remained on our porch, sat down and began to read a book while also continuing to engage in a periodic monologue,” Eilish said in court documents. “My father repeatedly asked him to leave, but he refused.”

Eilish and her family were scared by Rousseau, in part because he wasn’t wearing a face mask in five of his appearances at the home during the COVID-19 pandemic and touched the doorknob and doorbell without wearing gloves.

Eilish was granted a three-year restraining order against him, court records show.

Creepy posts on Rousseau’s Instagram account included what appeared to be an illustrated version of the singer and a message that said, “Anyway — I love u b … that is all.”

About a hundred passengers on board the train boarded another LIRR train to complete their journey.
