Sky Sports News understands the fee is broken up into a £50m guaranteed payment plus £10m in bonuses.
Eintracht Frankfurt, who sold Marmoush to City in January 2025, do not have a sell-on clause, contrary to reports.
The German club received their desired guaranteed fee at the time, plus additional bonuses.
There were also very few instalments, meaning all payment obligations to Frankfurt have been fulfilled by City.
Marmoush now looks set to follow former City team-mate Savio to join Roberto De Zerbi's squad, after the Brazil winger completed an £85m move to Spurs on Tuesday.
