SPOILER: Austin Theory unveils new look and gear change after joining The Vision on WWE RAW

Austin Theory was unveiled as the man under the mask who had attacked CM Punk and Rey Mysterio in recent weeks.

It seems that following this attack, Theory has now aligned himself with The Vision, and as part of tonight's tapings for next week's episode of WWE RAW, Theory has a new look.

WWE is taping RAW and SmackDown tonight in Grand Rapids, Michigan, whilst the pre-recorded episode of SmackDown from this past Monday night airs on Netflix.

It's a confusing situation for fans, since next week is Christmas week and WWE has handed their roster the week off, with their holiday tour kicking off on Boxing Day, the night of the next episode of SmackDown.

It seems that the company could have some major plans for Theory following his recent reveal.

Austin Theory is back in action on WWE RAW following his shock return

Austin Theory hasn't wrestled a match since July, and now he is seemingly back in amongst the action on WWE RAW, since it was announced that he will team with Bronson Reed to take on CM Punk and Rey Mysterio on next week's episode of the show.

This is Theory's first match in six months, after he was absent from WWE for a number of months with no explanation.

Theory and Grayson Waller were a tag team before his absence, but Waller has returned to WWE and is now aligned with The New Day, so it appears that both men now have a different path in the company.

It will be interesting to see if Paul Heyman is able to get the best out of Theory, who has been touted as the next big thing in the company for the past few years, but was left hanging following Vince McMahon's shock exit a few years ago.
