Southern Hospitality is back — and the tea is already piping hot.
Following the drama at the reunion, the Republic employees seem more divided than ever in the Season 4 premiere. Maddi Reese is still upset with TJ Dinch and Bradley Carter for letting her believe that her ex-boyfriend, Trevor Stokes, cheated on her when he didn’t. Emmy Sharrett is not on speaking terms with the guys after their fallout in Season 3 over her fiancé Will Kulp‘s alleged infidelity. Plus, another Republic employee was let go from their job.
So, who got fired from Republic? And who’s still in the cast? Keep reading for everything we know!
Who got fired from Republic?
In the Season 4 premiere of Southern Hospitality, we learn that Molly Moore—who joined the cast in Season 3—had been fired from Republic. Why, you wonder? Well, there are three different answers to that. According to Moore, she knew “personal stuff” about manager Michols Peña, so he “used bullshit reasons” to get her fired. Peña, on the other hand, insisted that while Moore was spreading gossip about him, he did not have enough power get her fired, explaining that she simply “sucked at her job.”
Leva Bonaparte, owner of Republic Garden & Lounge, cleared things up in her confessional, revealing that because Moore is a full-time event planner, she needed to switch her shifts around a lot at Republic, which was the true reason why she was let go from the company. While she promised there was “no bad blood,” she also acknowledged that the staff was, of course, going to make it more dramatic than it actually was.
Who still works at Republic?
Just about everyone in the current cast works at Republic — with the exception of Mia Alario, who was fired in Season 2, and Molly Moore, who was fired ahead of Season 4. Even Maddi Reese, who had been on a 40-city DJ tour, and her boyfriend Joe Bradley, who had been following her around, still come back to Charleston to work.

The great thing about Southern Hospitality is that there really hasn’t been a high turnover rate within the cast. Over four seasons, the show has only lost three cast members: Mikel Simmons, who appeared in Season 1 and Season 2; Oisin O’Neill, who appeared in Season 2; and Will Kulp, who appeared in the first three seasons.
As for the rest of the Republic crew, fans still get to follow along with Maddi Reese, Joe Bradley, Emmy Sharrett, TJ Dinch, Bradley Carter, Lake Rucker, Molly Moore, Mia Alario, Grace Lilly, and Leva Bonaparte. Season 4 will also feature some new additions, including Justin Assad and Bella Starcher.
