Sophie Cunningham's popularity continues to grow in the WNBA as she holds down a key role for the well-followed Indiana Fever.

And on Friday, coming off a big win, Cunningham caught some extra attention for a new adidas advertisement.

The Fever picked up a big win on Thursday night over the Atlanta Dream as part of the Caitlin Clark-Angel Reese rivalry. Cunningham played her usual solid role off the bench.

Her fans appreciated the new campaign out on Friday, too, in which Cunningham showed off her athleticism:

Cunningham put up eight points, including 2-for-3 from 3-point range, in the win over the Dream.

Before that, she had reached double figures in three consecutive games.

This season, Cunningham has raised her averages from last season in scoring and assists. She's at 9.6 points and 1.6 assists per game for the Fever, along with 2.7 rebounds and 0.7 steals.

Cunningham is shooting 32.4% from 3-point range, but she has heated up of late, and the Fever will need that to continue.

Indiana hasn't had the best start to its season, and they've had team meetings to try and figure some things out, including some defensive concerns.

Going forward, Cunningham is one of a number of experienced players on the Fever roster who can make sure the team's attention is on the right priorities going forward.
