Smokey Robinson has been sued by four former housekeepers for allegedly raping them repeatedly.

The women filed their $50 million lawsuit, which was obtained by Page Six, in Los Angeles on Tuesday using the pseudonyms Jane Doe 1 (JD1), Jane Doe 2 (JD2), Jane Doe 3 (JD3) and Jane Doe 4 (JD4).

They are suing for sexual battery, assault and gender violence, among other claims.

The singer’s wife, Frances Robinson, is named as a defendant for allegedly “fail[ing] to take the appropriate corrective action to prevent [Smokey’s] deviant misconduct against” all four women, “despite having full knowledge of his prior acts of sexual misconduct, having settled cases with other women that suffered and experienced similar sexual assaults perpetuated by him,” per court docs.

Frances also allegedly “perpetuated a hostile work environment by regularly screaming at” the women “in a hostile manner, using ethnically pejorative words and language,” according to the suit.

JD1 claims she worked for the Robinsons at their Chatsworth, Calif., home from January 2023 to February 2024, often on the weekends when the rest of the staff was off.

JD1 claims in the complaint that Smokey would take Frances to the nail salon on Saturdays and then “rush” back home to be “alone” with JD1.

According to the suit, the Motown music mogul, 85, would allegedly “call her into his blue bedroom, lock the door and escort their dog Shilo out of the room. He will have showered and clothed only in his underwear. He would then neatly place a white towel on his bed, not to soil the bed linens, in preparation for what was about to occur.”

Smokey would allegedly “kiss” JD1 all over her face and body then “roughly penetrate her vagina with his fingers, orally copulate her and proceed to penetrate her vagina with his erect penis causing her great pain,” per the suit.

According to the complaint, JD1 would try to “protest and resist his sexual assaults” to no avail because Smokey allegedly “enjoyed ejaculating in her vagina without using a condom.”

According to the suit, the singer-songwriter allegedly “sexually assaulted JD1 in that manner at least seven times.”

JD2 claims in the complaint that she worked for the Robinsons from May 2014 to February 2020, during which time she was allegedly sexually assaulted “on at least 23 different occasions.”

“When they were home alone, he would text message her, asking her to meet him at areas in their Chatsworth residence where closed-circuit cameras weren’t located,” the suit reads.

“When arriving, he would immediately grab her and begin to penetrate her vagina with his fingers, causing her excruciating pain, and then would proceed to rape her.”

Smokey also allegedly “forced her into his blue bedroom and [made] her perform oral sex on his erect penis,” afterward he would allegedly “forcibly penetrate her with his erect penis without using a condom,” per the complaint.

According to the suit, Smokey would allegedly “enjoy ejaculating all over JD2’s face, much to his satisfaction and her abject humiliation.”

JD2 also claims in the complaint that if she refused Smokey’s “brutal,” “constant” and “predictable” sexual advances, he would allegedly “make [Frances] be ‘mean’ to her.”

JD3 claims in the suit that she worked for the couple from February 2012 to April 2024, during which Smokey would allegedly “force her into his blue bedroom, whereafter he would perform his ritual of exiting his bathroom nude or wearing only underwear after showering, and then carefully placing a towel on his bed not to soil the linens for what was about to occur.”

According to the complaint, Smokey would allegedly “disrobe” JD3, “orally copulate her” and “force her to lie face down on the towel so that he could penetrate her vagina with his erect penis from the rear.”

He allegedly did this “at least 20 times,” per the suit.

JD4 claims she began working for the Robinsons as a housekeeper in October 2006 but eventually became Frances’ personal assistant, cook and hairdresser until April 2024.

According to the suit, Smokey allegedly raped JD4 in both his Chatsworth home and his Las Vegas home as well as his temporary residence in Bell Canyon, Calif.

While JD4 was cleaning, she alleges in the complaint that Smokey would emerge naked and “with an erect penis,” place a towel down on the bed, “pull [her] clothes off,” “push her down” and “proceed to rape her” — despite her “protestations.”

She also alleges that the record producer “never used a condom” and ejaculated either in or on her.
