A ship hit the Brooklyn Bridge Saturday night – and a search and rescue operation is underway to pull people out of the murky waters, according to fire officials and sources.

The ship was carrying about 200 people on board when one of its masts collided with the bridge, sources told The Post.

Victims are being transported to the Brooklyn Navy Yard, and those in critical condition will be taken to the hospital for additional treatment.

Sources said two people are in critical condition, with others wounded.
