Shilo Sanders' latest food review took a frightening turn after he was allegedly threatened by an angry stranger while promoting a local restaurant in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The former Colorado Buffaloes player and son of Deion Sanders was visiting Hook Fish & Chicken, a restaurant he had previously visited, when a man approached him and began confronting him over his famous father.

In footage uploaded to Shilo’s YouTube channel, the confrontation quickly escalated from a verbal exchange inside the restaurant to a heated argument in the parking lot. Sanders exited in his car, but should also chalk this up as a lesson at the same time. Being out after dark in a rough neighborhood when people know you are could be a dangerous combination.

The passerby accused Sanders of not doing enough for the local community, making comments about their relationship with the neighborhood. The situation reportedly became even more alarming when the man allegedly reached into his vehicle and allegedly pulled out a firearm, prompting Shilo to immediately leave.

Shilo admitted he didn't understand why the man had so much hostility toward his father. He also explained that he wasn't interested in escalating the situation or risking his safety over an argument. He chose to walk away rather than potentially face a dangerous confrontation.

The incident has sparked social media conversations about safety, especially when public figures visit unfamiliar neighborhoods without security. Needless to say, Shilo's latest restaurant promotion didn't go as planned. We'll see if he makes adjustments going forward.
