Houston Rockets star Jalen Green’s relationship with his girlfriend Draya Michele has intrigued, if not disappointed, many. The 17-year age gap between the two has been the main point pushed by their critics. Despite that, they have remained strong.

On Saturday, a video of Green having Michele tattooed on his back went viral, prompting fans to react:

Green opened up about how she and Draya Michele first interacted in 2023. He revealed to TMZ a year ago that he “slid” in the actress’ DM, busting rumors that Michele went after him.

The “Mint Swim” said in a chat with the publication that she is confused about the “people’s problem” with her relationship with Green. She added that although they rub some the wrong way, Michele emphasized that “love is love at the end of the day.”

Jalen Green and Draya Michele welcomed their first child in May 2024. Before that, she had two kids, one with a former partner and the other with former NFL star Orlando Scandrick, according to People.

While others remain critical of their relationship, Green could not care less. He affirmed her love for Michele by tattooing her face on his back.

Draymond Green is one of the NBA’s best and nastiest trash talkers. Sometimes, he takes opponents out of their games with mind games. Green, though, has set a line that dares not cross.

In an appearance on “The Pivot” podcast in June, the Golden State Warriors star defended Jalen Green:

“Jalen Green, everybody had their opinions on him. Everybody talking about him and his woman. That ain’t none of y’all business. Get out of that man’s business. I’m publicly defending him like, ‘Y’all stop.’ That’s wack to me. I don’t rock with that. That’s where I cross the line.”

The 23-year-old Green and his 40-year-old girlfriend are taking the criticisms in stride. They seem to be growing stronger, particularly after the arrival of their baby.
