The 2026 Shaky Knees lineup has us trembling in excitement.

Atlanta’s premier rock festival just announced their bill and once again outdid themselves by delivering the biggest names in garage, punk, indie, emo, electronic, heavy metal, alternative and more for their annual three-day extravaganza, which goes down at Piedmont Park from Sept. 18-20.

Just a few of the biggest names set to perform include early ’00s icons The Strokes, innovative animation-live action hybrid group Gorillaz, glitchy party-starters LCD Soundsystem, recently-retired Hip-Hop heroes Wu-Tang Clan and ironic kings Pavement.

They’ll be joined by Turnstile, Fontaines D.C., Geese, Jimmy Eat World and Blood Orange.

Plus, Millennial throwback favorites Modest Mouse, Santigold, Jet, Taking Back Sunday and Coheed and Cambria will be there as well.

Don’t forget Oingo Boingo frontman and “Pee Wee’s Big Adventure” composer Danny Elfman or Dave Grohl’s daughter Violet, either.

In total, 54 electric acts are scheduled to take the Piedmont Park stages over the long September weekend.

On top of the music, a number of mouth-watering food and beer vendors will be on site, too. Personally, we’re partial to Dragon Banh Mi, Smash City Burgers, Flaming Wok, Leopold’s Ice Cream and the Beatbox Party Pub.

“…once inside, things moved smoothly: security lines were quick, and I was immediately greeted by the sound of live music and the smell of festival food drifting on the breeze,” Ghost Cult Mag wrote in a review of the 2025 Shaky Knees Festival.

By the end, “Shaky Knees 2025 delivered on every front: music, organization, atmosphere, and community. Friday, I explored solo and soaked in the music; Saturday and Sunday, I screamed, cried, and laughed with friends. And that’s what made it unforgettable.”
